Techniques & Instructions for the Xtreme T6:
The basic motion is turning and twisting much like opening a jar. It can also be twisted with the thumb and fingers for a Pinch Grip as well as the Palm Grip for wrist strength. The adjustment knob can be used at light resistance for therapy such as twisting small caps like water bottles etc. And finally turning the Xtreme T6 horizontally or vertically for serious Fat Grip training.
Please note:
When not in use the Sidewinder's tension knob should be set back to neutral, which is at no resistance. This will keep your Sidewinder in peak performance.
You must pace yourself, start on the lowest tension and as you get stronger, turn up the tension and work up slowly to a greater resistance.
