You are looking at a brand new wall hook used for securing your resistance band to any suitable wall during workouts.
This wall hook will increase the variety of exercises you can achieve, use a number of these at different heights in your workout area to increase the variety of exercises possible with your resistance bands. We also offer snap hooks as an added extra if you wish to secure other types of fitness equipment on to the hook.
The hook sits approximately 65mm off the wall. The plate is 5mm thick and weighs approx 120g.
We offer the option for an M10 shackle featuring a spring loaded gate which allow them to be quickly and securely attached. Each hook is steel construction with zinc-plated finish for durability in the toughest of workouts. The dimensions and Maximum Working Loads for each hook are given below :
